Swords of Freeport – Game Instance

Hello everybody,

I am ~Goup and new around town.
I just bought over this cool little game called Swords of Freeport. I actually discovered this community through the author website.
It’s a MUD/BBS like game, you can find more information about it on this website: https://expectproblems.itch.io/swords-of-freeport

If the game interests you, I am trying to run an instance from my home folder.
It can be run by calling this bash script: /home/goup/sfp_worlds/sfp

The script simply pushes out a couple of variables redirecting to the game files before running the game’s executable.

I am learning on the way, I hope I set all the files’ permissions right. Let me know how it goes.

Sounds cool! I'm interested in checking it out, just been super busy in meatspace lately.

Reminds me of L.O.R.D. from back in the day.  Fun.
