What will be the limitation here in BBJ for not show letters like Ñ or ñ or á í ó ú?

Hi, I can not see where set encoding, or what change for see letters like Ñ ñ....
I probe using Vim to write this with set:encoding utf-8 nothing... latin1 nothing... rare.
bbj is set in ascii.

I realizzed that I can not see these letters at the moment to write but when the post is saved and showed these letters are showed! 
Ñ ñ , á , ó, 0

hmm. interesting observation, jazei. I suppose it's not so much a limitation as it is the
the ability for a CLI or display to render out the unicode characters while being written vs
while saved and recalled back.

If there is limitation tho, I wonder if that extends to full-width characters? That said,
I'll go ahead and test that out now:
