who has access to virtual reality?

im new here and thinking about doing some WebXR demos and toys on my ~page. im wondering, does anyone here own a headset? i dont wanna make stuff nobody can play with!

i have a meta quest 2, it really blew my mind the first time i tried it and i enjoy it a lot. recently the price has come down on the quest 2 and the quest 3 just came out so im hoping that, especially after this holiday season, some tilde users can enjoy and share VR content

I have a quest right now, though my siblings use it more than I do. I still enjoy booting it up from time to time. I would definitely check out stuff you make.

Eventually I plan on getting a Vision Pro as well. We'll see about that when it comes out though.

itll be a little while before i have anything to show off, im currently learning about 3d rendering and modeling for the first time and i havent really settled on a single, coherent vision of what i want yet. but i have some loose ideas and aesthetics for stuff i want to make!

I have an oculus rift myself (as in, CV1), and I'm using it almost daily for Resonite at the moment. I look forward to seeing what you create! :)

I had a Rift S for awhile and I loved it, but Oculus has zero Linux support so I gave it to my brother when I migrated away from Windoze.

Hopefully some time in the future when I have the funds I'll get something *nix compatible
